Relaxed cancellation conditions

Do you want to plan your stay with complete peace of mind ? Our cancellation conditions are relaxed due to the coronavirus health crisis.

For any stay during the 2021 season :

In the event of total or partial closure of the establishment during the dates of the reserved stay : sums paid in advance will be refunded within 30 days.
In the event of government measures not allowing participants to travel : (general or local confinement, travel ban, border closures), we will reimburse the amounts paid in advance.
For any cancellation of the stay duly justified by the fact that you would be affected by COVID 19 (or would be identified as a contact case) and that this situation would call into question your stay on the dates provided : issue of a credit note valid for 12 months non-refundable.

For any stay with the optional cancellation insurance of our partner Gritchen campez-cover, the reimbursement will be made under its general conditions.

For the safety of all, our customers and our team, measures have been taken to adapt access to reception areas, services and activities.

The 5 key points :

Simplification of the arrival and departure procedure to respect the distancing measures.
Installation of dedicated signage: direction of movement, floor marking plan and display of good sanitary practices.
Reinforcement of hygiene measures: greater frequency of cleaning in common areas and increased disinfection in rental accommodation.
Provision of hydroalcoholic gel or hand washing points in common areas.
